If you are interested in addressing the City Council or would like to bring forward an issue, concern or comment, please do one of the following:
- Write a letter addressed to the Mayor and the City Council and mail to:

- Come to a Monday City Council Meeting. There is a section at the end of the meeting that allows for citizen’s presentations, comments and/or petitions.

To report a barking dog, call the Police Department’s non-emergency phone number 256-878-1212 to dispatch Animal Control.

Street light outages can be reported in one of the following ways:
- During regular business hours of 7:30 am and 4:30 pm, report an outage or issue to City Hall at 256-891-8282.
- To report outages after regular business hours, contact the Albertville Police Department at 256-878-1212.

If the complaint is on junk or abandoned vehicles, you may call the Police Department non-emergency phone number 256-878-1212.
All other property complaints can be directed to the Building Department at City Hall. They can be reached at 256-891-8211.

It is a violation of city code to have plants, grass, or weeds growing uncultivated and out of control at a height of 12 inches or more. Call 256-279-0628 to report properties in violation.

No, we do not fill up swimming pools.

The Albertville Fire Department is a full-time career department. We do not have any volunteer firefighter positions.

Absolutely. The fire department welcomes visits. However, tours are contingent on the availability of personnel. Please call the station at 256-891-8230 to schedule a tour.

We are unable to accommodate birthday parties at the fire station. Our staff are subject to emergency calls and with the emergency call volume we are committed to responding to we cannot keep staff at the fire station.

Yes, we do. Our classes are scheduled by our training officer Westley Bynum. He will schedule a class when he has enough for a class (at least 5 per class). Contact him with any questions.

Yes, we can install your car seat. You can call station 1 at 256-891-8230 and make an apt for them to install. Please note, if we get an emergency call we may have to reschedule your apt.
