Thank you to our spring baseball, softball and tee ball program participants, families and volunteers that have patiently waited while we have been navigating COVID-19 information and guidelines. Over the past few weeks, we did not want to prematurely cancel any programs and have remained hopeful that we would be able to postpone our season with a later than usual start. To ensure the health and safety of all participants, spectators, and SMPA Team Members, we are aligning with 90%+ of ARPA affiliates statewide and cancelling the Spring softball, baseball and tee ball season. Our excellent user-experience standard could not be met, and again we want to ensure the health & safety of the community. We appreciate your support and understanding during this unprecedented time. We are so excited to offer a full slate of youth recreational programming in the Fall, including Fall Baseball and Softball leagues. See you in few months at our beautiful new park!

In regards to registration fees for these programs, you may request a full refund or a SMPA youth sports programming credit beginning at noon on Wednesday, May 27th, 2020 through Sunday, June 7th, 2020 on our RecDesk site at http://sandmountainpark.recdesk.com. You will be required to fill out a refund or credit request for each participant. Choose programs, refunds or credit and then choose Spring Sports Refund Request 2020 or Spring Sports Credit Request 2020. There will be no in-person refunds or credit requests available. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. It is our goal that all refund requests will be completed within 30 days after the June 7th deadline. Those not requesting a refund or credit via RecDesk by the June 7th deadline will receive a credit for future youth sports programming at SMPA.

Human Resources is the cornerstone of all departments.  The Human Resources department oversees employment opportunities and manages HR for all city employees.
