The City of Albertville owns and maintains three cemeteries. All three offer perpetual care, maintained year round by the staff of the Cemetery Department headed by Steve Davis.
The largest cemetery is Memory Hill located on Highway 431. Memory Hill covers 45 beautiful acres and includes a mausoleum. Memory Hill has gravesites that date into the late 1800’s. There are lots available in Memory Hill Cemetery.
The Pre-Civil War Cemetery or Albertville Cemetery is located on West Main Street just out of downtown and is registered with the Albertville Historical Society. Graves in this cemetery date back to the early 1700’s. The gravesites of Thomas Albert the founder of Albertville, and his family is located here along with many other pioneers of the city. There are no lots available in this cemetery.
Grace Hill Cemetery is located off of Scott Ave., across from St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church. It covers approximately 5 acres and there are lots available in this cemetery.
